These terms govern your use of the TorchTrade website (torchtrade.io), operated by Sebastian Dittert, and the purchase of digital products including Claude Code agent files (.md) and research articles. By using this website or purchasing products, you agree to these terms.
TorchTrade sells Claude Code agent files (.md) and research articles as digital downloads. These are delivered electronically after purchase via our payment processor (Paddle).
Upon purchase, you receive a personal, non-transferable license to use the digital product for your own projects. You may not redistribute, resell, or share the purchased files with others. Each purchase is for a single user.
TorchTrade provides software tools and educational content for algorithmic trading research. Nothing on this website or in our products constitutes financial advice, investment recommendations, or trading signals. Trading involves substantial risk of loss. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions and outcomes.
Our Claude Code agents and research articles are tools to accelerate development and provide insights from experiments. They do not guarantee profitable trading strategies. Past experiment results do not predict future performance.

The TorchTrade core library is open source under the MIT License. The paid products (agent files, research articles) are separate commercial offerings and are not covered by the MIT License.
Purchased agent files may receive updates as TorchTrade evolves. Updates for individual agent purchases are provided at our discretion. Full Stack Bundle purchasers receive priority access to updates.
TorchTrade and its contributors are not liable for any financial losses, trading losses, or damages arising from the use of our products or software. Use at your own risk.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the website or products after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
