Refund Policy

Digital Products

TorchTrade sells digital products (Claude Code agent files and research articles) delivered electronically as instant downloads. Due to the nature of digital products that can be copied after delivery, all sales are generally final.

When We Issue Refunds

We will issue a full refund in the following cases:

  • The product was not delivered due to a technical issue
  • The product is materially different from what was described on the product page
  • Duplicate purchase (you accidentally bought the same product twice)

How to Request a Refund

Contact us within 14 days of purchase via GitHub at github.com/TorchTrade with your order number and a description of the issue. We aim to respond within 48 hours.

When We Do Not Issue Refunds

  • Change of mind after downloading the product
  • Dissatisfaction with trading results (our products are tools, not guaranteed strategies)
  • Incompatibility with your setup (system requirements are listed on each product page)
  • Requests made more than 14 days after purchase

Payment Processing

All payments are processed by Paddle (paddle.com), who acts as the Merchant of Record. Refunds are issued through Paddle to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your payment provider but typically take 5-10 business days.
